About

unfocused focus focused but unfocused

I'm Frederick and this website is unfocused focus,

The name is a permission of sorts to myself that I don't have to niche myself into a corner, nor spend my time on a single interest. To remind myself to be gentle towards myself and that living with ADHD isn't an easy experience to manage.

Unfocused+Focus

The idea is that this will be a corner of the internet to share my unfocused look at variety of interests, to not niche down, or paint myself into a corner.

Yet the goal will be to focus at one subject at a time.

Which may not be a challenge for some, but it most certainly is for myself.

If that's of any interest, consider subscribing.
(It's free unless you want to support, never a requirement.)

Cheers.
